Servers are great, my 1 star review is based on the conditions I noticed of the employees. I have worked service and retail throughout many years, and I was disappointed to enter this building and find it so hot!!! The temperature outside is warm but when I entered this location it was so hot! I could literally see the workers sweating! We stopped buy through the drive-thru this morning. I asked for a chocolate milk kids size in a cup. I end up getting a large chocolate milk and a box chocolate milk. Ordered a cake pop. Didn't get a cake pop. Just disappointing, maybe slow down a little and make sure you hear the customer. It wasn't busy but it felt rushed.
This is the worst cup of I've ever gotten from Starbucks. Asked for it to be made extra hot since it was take out. The Grande Carmel Macchiato was barely warm. Ordered a 3 shot cup, it barely had 1 shot, so weak it wasn't even a dark color. Carmel Sauce couldn't even be seen. Horrible cup was so shocking. 2nd cup was barely warm also. Paying $12 for 2 cups is ridiculous for it to be this bad. Doesn't deserve 1 star.
This entire team needs a raise. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over a year now and it is always a pleasure. The staff is friendly and engaging. It’s always very cleanly and the drinks/food are always right on point. Great team.
