So clean inside and very cozy. The drinks were made to perfection.Great place to study! Pocahontas was very sweet and helpful! Definitely coming back again!
Very poor service. Excellent greeting when I got waited on for my order but waiting was another whole experience. Staff was paying no attention to my needs and seemed like they didn't care. It took 20 mins to make my drink I expect that from dunkin donuts.
This store has a managerial problem..does not interact with employees, get the vibe they are uncomfortable when manager there..needs a new person as manager
This has nothing to do with this particular store but I can't seem to get anywhere. I have called Starbucks three times since May 22nd about this issue. I purchased or tried to purchase a gift card for my granddaughter online and it came back it didn't go through to please try again so I tried it again then looked at my bank account and Starbucks charged my bank account two times.
