Barely stop at this location for the price of items 15min or more just to order thru drive thru,member on speaker said under staff today,must be everyday..Ludlow location friendlier never there 10min
Today, July 31, upper management was at the table interviewing employees..I have been going to this store since it opened, seen many employees and different managers over the years.. currently, it has a good core of people..but ..this store is not managed properly..the current manager does not interact with her staff, sort of cold .and they feel uncomfortable .this store needs a new manager..also..note to upper management who were there today..you should talk to regular customers, get feedback, we know a lot more than you do
Bigger tables with plenty of space to work. Oh, the chai tea latte was great.
So clean inside and very cozy. The drinks were made to perfection.Great place to study! Pocahontas was very sweet and helpful! Definitely coming back again!
