No toilet paper's in rest rooms even after asking couple of times and waiting for 20 min.
Sunday, Oct 12..11AM..friend and I went for coffee..nice woman at register said there was a half hour wait for latte..WHY ?.not the baristas fault, staffing and scheduling..they have 2 Expresso machines..we went to Wilbraham then.. Boston Rd Store in Springfield is poorly managed..where is the regional ???
After a long morning at work I decide to go to this location and I have The best experience I have in a long time was with Meghan, I really didn’t know what to choose for drink and she give the option best drink ever and she was very helpful and a very happy person that transmit her happiness and enthusiasm and made my day, More people like Meghan working please!
