I was served by a young woman who didn't greet me or provide proper customer service. I ordered a plain black Americano with nothing added. She prepared her coworker's drink, even though her coworker was already leaving at the end of her shift, but not mine. I stood there watching her for more than four minutes. Stopped serving all 3 roasts of hot coffee a full hour and a half before they closed. Even 30 minutes before closing, I could understand. Also, no fault of the staff but no restrooms in a coffee shop with seating to sit and sip on coffee is objectively ridiculous.
