I am not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from, but every time I go into this location I get the best service and every barista is very friendly and cheery. It’s the only one in Simi Valley that actually has smiling and happy baristas. I really enjoyed the girl who helped me. She answered all my questions and was happy to help. I forgot her name but she has reddish hair.

I almost boycotted Starbucks because of this location. Since I started working in the area about 4 years ago, I have made every effort to make my mornings as simple as possible at this Starbucks. However, that is not the case. Every day there was something wrong with the drink. A simple drink that I modified to make the job of a barista simple has become a nightmare to deal with.
