Slow and crap attention
First time in this Starbucks but one of the workers who appeared to be a manager was pretty rude. I was picking up my drink and she yelled at me to stop because I picked the wrong one up. The names were VERY similar. A mistake, but why would you need to yell? The employee whose name was Zoe demanded to look at the sticker and berated me rudely pointing it said a name that was very similar to mine. If this person is a supervisor or manager at this location that’s disappointing she thinks it’s okay to yell at people
They are the worest working people They just ignore us at the door at 8:25 while they are closing 9
Visited this location yesterday evening. It was packed. There must have been at least 20-25 people inside this tiny location. All waiting for their orders or to order. There were 4 baristas which anyone in the store could tell was not enough. These ladies did a phenomenal job maintaining a positive demeanor, professionalism, and ability to get folks’ orders out as quickly as possible. Very small location and almost always packed. Otherwise it's your typical Starbucks experience. Side note: No free water...
