The staff here were very accommodating.
Messed up the entire order, did not receive espresso shot and was charged for it, did not receive brown sugar pump and was charged for it, long wait in the drive thru, they stare at you when asking for a tip, and the drink was made incorrectly despite 3 attempts to have it fixed
Once again, I stopped by this Starbucks and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My drink order was made incorrectly, and instead of a team member letting me know before I left—even though another associate was discussing the issue right there—I only realized after I had already walked out.
