I asked for coffee and received coffee instead
They’re stingy on giving out water because of “policy.” WATER. It’s 95 degrees outside and doesn’t affect your pay at all. Also, to the paralegal who works there: I understand if it’s a busy day for you. But there were four people in the store, two of them were me and my friend. Kicking us out because just because we didn’t buy something on a slow day is pretty insane. Every other Starbucks location has always accommodated both of these things. Don’t come to this location.
No clue what upside down means. Otherwise fine.
Im not saying that everyone who works here is slow, but the majority is very mentally slow. Be prepared to repeat your order multiple times and they still get it wrong. I've even inquired about them getting a new speaker as that seems to be the only vice between us and the worker, only for them to get an attitude and said it works fine. So mabey the speaker works fine and you're the one thats lacking in the listening department.
