I really want to give 5 stars because I truly love the matcha drinks here! But the consistency isn’t always the same. Sometimes the drink comes out a rich dark green, and other times it looks so light—almost like a milkshake 😅. Even when I pay an extra $1 for more matcha, it can still be too light. I used to come every day, but now I only visit twice a week—on the days when the barista I remember makes it perfectly every single time.
