Did a mobile order as I am traveling 16 hours. Google said they were open at 6:25am and let me complete order. Upon arrival store is dark and closed. Disgusted
I order a regular coffee with cream and I always have to ask for it. Because it is not a fru fru coffee. Also on Saturday night I did a mobile order @ 6 pm before I work a night shift and the lobby was closed and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. So I paid for a venti coffee with cream and a ham and Swiss that I did not get. I always tip as well but it doesn’t seem to matter when trying to get my plain old coffee.
Been To This Starbucks Many Times And Never Had A Problem Until Today 01/18/26. I Place An Order @ 6:30pm . Drove To The Drive Thur Like 6:55pm and They Was A Huge Line Wrap Around. I Couldn’t Get Out Because Theirs No Way Out. It’s 7:23pm Finally Got My Items But Food Is Cold. Honestly They Need Something Bigger And More Cheerful People. Honestly I’m Very Disappointed With This Location.
My husband went in to do my order while I was on the phone to tell the girl what I wanted, I told her I wanted vanilla cafe Frappuccino and she said we have vanilla bean and I said that’s the one without coffee and I don’t want the one without coffee and she said oh I gotcha and I still ended up with a vanilla bean crème that I didn’t ask for!
