Terrible service very slow DONT STOP HERE THIS PEOPLE IS RUDE AND SLOW WE WAIT 50 MINUTES MOBILE ORDER AND STILL WE WAIT 50 MINUTES A ND WAIT THE DRINKS TEST NASTY
They take very long and they don’t know what they are doing
Matcha drinks are not consistent. When I line up for drive thru I literally hope the barista that knows how to make it is working. Otherwise I get light green, mostly milk, clumpy and tasteless matcha. I’ve had to get my matcha redone or switched for a refresher 4 times in the past 2 weeks. They never give napkins when you order food. I always have to ask for some.
