Today i was getting coffee with a friend of mine. And was met with the utmost uneeded horrible customer service. In customer service, you think that the cashier and the people you are going to wouls engage, be polite and talk to customers. Well let me tell you. That is a lie. Especially when you come to this store in particular. To think that you would have to wait in silence for almost 20 minutes. Hi 6 days ago I posted that I had another awful experience at Starbucks n. Dartmouth and gave up going there, so I tried the one inside target and was great. The barista was very cordial, apologized for not having fresh brew and asked if I could wait. It was worthy the coffee was great and I was leaving she offered to get me a stopper for my cup . Little acts makes a big difference, thank you.
