Been working in the area, so I've been in here multiple times over the last year. Has not exactly been great Customer Service wise. But the last few trips in, it's been much a friendlier experience! Keep it up!

Waiting 30 minutes for a coffee. Understaffed
Today i was getting coffee with a friend of mine. And was met with the utmost uneeded horrible customer service. In customer service, you think that the cashier and the people you are going to wouls engage, be polite and talk to customers. Well let me tell you. That is a lie. Especially when you come to this store in particular. To think that you would have to wait in silence for almost 20 minutes.
