I come to this Starbucks quite often, and most of the staff are usually very nice. Today I stopped by to get coffee and also ordered a boxed chocolate milk. I understand it was the weekend and the store was busy, so I waited for quite a while. After I finally got my drink, I asked the staff member closest to me if he could help me get the chocolate milk which I already paid. He replied something like, “I don’t know, I am not live here.” I couldn’t believe a Starbucks employee would speak to a customer this way.
Unfortunately the service here can be improved. I went in on a slow Saturday morning around 11:30 am. I felt as if the cashier was rushing us, saying “anything else” brashly after every item even though we were the only ones in line. This resulted in her not fully hearing the modification to one of our matcha lattes where we asked for almond milk. When we noticed the matcha latte wasn’t made with almond milk, we asked to confirm.
