Such a badly managed location. I purchased a bag of their Pike coffee a couple of days ago and I found a live worm in the bag. I wanted to return it and they refused to give my money back because I didn’t have the receipt (which I didn’t even get to begin with).
My drinks always come out as pictured.

I come to this Starbucks quite often, and most of the staff are usually very nice. Today I stopped by to get coffee and also ordered a boxed chocolate milk. I understand it was the weekend and the store was busy, so I waited for quite a while. After I finally got my drink, I asked the staff member closest to me if he could help me get the chocolate milk which I already paid. He replied something like, “I don’t know, I am not live here.” I couldn’t believe a Starbucks employee would speak to a customer this way.
