First of all, I bring my 2 dogs to this Starbucks all the time for the past 5 years and no one ever said a thing! Now all of a sudden 2 days ago when I went with my mother they complained about the dogs like what??? Also my mother asked for a decaffeinated iced coffee they gave her a regular hot coffee! My mom cannot drink regular coffee! She specifically said to them 4 times decaf coffee they didn’t seem to care.
