I have no idea what has happened to the store. It used to be the place to go now it closes at 2 o’clock. Nobody works there. That has been a joy to see. I was told most people were terminated. What a shame Starbucks is going downhill and the Store is the top of the list.
Waiting very long time only one person is working , took 15 minutes to get cold brew. No one was in the line. Horrible service.
I know we all love a good Starbucks latte, but I want to make people aware of what is going on at the store level and how employees have been treated under the new corporate management. There has been a push at the corporate level to fire as many baristas, shift supervisors, and managers, regardless of years of service and dedication to the store.
