The worst attention. They are very rude. Not polite at all. They talk to each other while we’re waiting for our coffee. There is 2 guys in there and both of them are the worst for costumer service. Someone should do something with these employees.
My husband and I went into this Starbucks and tried to order 2 drinks. After standing there for quite awhile the barista came over to take our order. We ordered a Carmel macchiato and a fresh brewed coffee. We paid and asked for a receipt but the machine was jammed and she couldn’t get it to work so we said forget it. This place is closed
I have not been in a Starbucks in a very long time and this experience reminded me exactly why. To no fault of their own, because the workrer's were super busy working, but not working with any in store customers, not acknowledging anyone who was in the in store order line for over 10 minutes. The wait is the wait, but they had all stations covered, except for the register. Drink was well made, thats why I waited. Something to work on, otherwise just make the location an app only location. Think I messed them up paying cash.
