Completely baffled on the service given to us through the drive thru the morning of 12/28/25. Tried to order a standard menu drink with one modification. The drive thru employee must have been having a bad week because this one request sounded like the biggest problem she had ever heard… Not only were we given immediate attitude for trying to order a drink we had ordered multiple times before, but we were made to feel belittled by the employee as we tried to make her understand. Quick and easy coffee and gift cards. Most people.use the drive thru but we always go in. The Baristas are really nice and there are always a few people teleworking, making it very user friendly. Great place to hold a small meeting.
