I'm not a regular, but induldge occasionally. I forget the name is their beverage sizes. I asked for large, she said grande and I agreed. That's on me I guess. I ordered 2 strawberry lemonade refreshers with lavender. I paid extra for this lavender. When we got the cups m, paid and left, my granddaughter said her's didn't taste like lavender. Natasha did not turn the coffee machines on until after the store opened, and informed me that it would be a 20-25 minute wait. Like most people stopping for coffee in the morning, I did not have 20-25 minutes to wait.
Good customer service.
I go to this location quite often, but it seems like every time I go now, I get a cup of milk instead of coffee. I usually spend money here all the time, lately I’ve been going less and less. Today I hoped I could get my normal coffee order, with 2 added espresso shots, and still basically got a cup of milk. I always tip and I’m very nice, but this is happening almost every time I go. Other locations don’t seem to have a problem with my drink and it’s simple. They just give me milk and I’m not sure why.
Ordered a drink and the barista changed my order without telling me. Changed the order because the drink I ordered was being rolled off their menu. She did not tell me that she changed the order. Didn’t like the drink so I asked for a change and even the second drink was not right. During this experience there was another customer who experienced the same thing with that same barista. Very poor experience and will not be returning.
