I stop here almost every morning on my way to work and I have never had a bad experience. My orders are filled quickly and accurately. The staff is always friendly and smiling. I can tell they take pride in what they do and the appearance of their cafe, inside and out. Bayla and her team are the absolute best!
I rarely leave reviews, especially in this much detail, but I wanted to recognize the manager who completely turned my experience around today. I order the same drink—usually two to three times a day—from Starbucks locations throughout Texas: a Trenta Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with light ice. It is a nearly $7 drink, and I have never experienced this issue anywhere except this Temple location.
