This is my Go to spot for coffee and I had ordered a drink with extra caramel Drizzle and I paid for extra drizzle and I got little to none drizzle and I’m not exaggerating It Doesn’t even taste like there’s caramel in there. I don’t know who the barista was my past. Drinks have been amazing, but today was a big letdown. I’m very disappointed in my drink.

THEN WHEN YOU CALL THEY SAY OH SORRY CALL DOOR DASH... NO ITS YOUR FAULT STARBUCKS
Waited almost 15minutes at the ordering machine, saw the whole line clear up before someone came to the machine to take our order through the drive thru
Waited 30 minutes for a tea.
