No customer service and rude. I thought maybe a few times it was just busy but no it's the culture at this location and I was coming regularly for the last month but not anymore. I'd rather get a matcha from Burger King if they sold them.
Just spent around $50 for coffee and for it to not even be full is super disappointing. This is a basic brown sugar shaken espresso, no customizations were made… When I asked the employee about it, I was told that “they are no longer allowed to fill the cups all the way up”.. do better Starbucks. You’re already overcharging, at least fill up the dang drink.
