Visited this location 3/20/26. Had an horrendous experience. Waited in the drive thru for 21mins with 6cars still ahead of me to order. Decided to go inside instead and waited at the counter for another 7mins while 4 employees looked at me and continued on making drinks and never greeted me. After 7mins an employee asked "are you here for doordash?" I stated "no, I've been waiting to place an order." Bro I went through the drive through and asked for a protein matcha they gave me milk and flavoring like what… I poured some of it out thinking it was like foam but then I just realized there was no matcha or anything.
