Came in on a Sunday morning around 10:00. Lobby wasn't packed but seemed a decent drive through line. I walked in placed order and waited. No one was calling out names or orders just setting them down, I wasn't asked for a name for the order either. I got my coffee in about 5 mins which was fine but I continued to wait for my sandwich for another 10-15 mins.
