I was in the store yesterday and the manager was very helpful with my questions. I will be coming back to this location.
Service was absolutely horrible. Walked in and was ignored. The guy taking orders for drive thru looked at me several times and saw I needed assistance and looked away. I was waiting over 25 minutes just for my sandwich to be warmed up. When it was finally done the guy taking the drive thru orders threw my sandwich at me.
That new guy with the beanie in drive thru is horrible… I was trying to hit no tip and it seemed almost as if he was moving it for me to hit other. I go to this location pretty often and tip half the time just to be nice especially knowing most people do not tip but this was just rude….let that man go.
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location for years and have never had an experience like the one I had today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. After tasting it, I realized the drink didn’t taste right, so I parked and went inside to politely explain the issue.
