The two girls working there were very nice and pleasant, even appeared happy. Love that❤️ I tried the new strawberry matcha Frappuccino & it was delicious

Customer service wasn’t very good at all.
I placed an online order at starbucks at 2:18. I didn’t leave the store until 3:04. I went up to the cashier asked if i could have a refund, doesn’t say anything starts to make the order. Then the lady continued to say “it’s not my fault we serve the people in the store before online orders”. That isn’t how you should run a business at all, having one myself. You make your preorders before anything. you never know what they have to do or when they have to be somewhere.
