The workers here steal from customers and management is in on it.
Appreciate the fresh brewed coffee and pastries. It would be great if the homeless meth users would find other bathrooms to use… But we got the state we voted for and police can only do what the law allows.
This location is one of the better ones. Speed of service, as well all baristas work well together. Highly recommended this location .
Horrible service in the last month. The attitude of some of the employees is unfathomable. Today she handed me my croissant and looked the other way as to not have to look at me. I’m sure it’s because my drink has been made wrong 3x over the last month and i have brought it back. i’m a daily customer. Literally every day at this location and it’s sad to see the moral has gotten so bad - there are a few that are absolutely great. I’m disappointed in whoever is hiring these girls
I've been coming here every morning for the past 3 1/2 years and this new employee that I have never seen before was very rude to me today their system was down at the drive-through line. No one took my order so when I got to the window, I tried to place my order. She told me I had to get back in line. I waited here for a total of 43 minutes. when I arrive back to the front window, she was very rude to me.
