I’m not sure about some of the other reviews complaining about the service and staff at this Starbucks, because that wasn’t my experience at all. I stopped in around 6:45 a.m. while traveling, and Margaret and Alexa on the opening shift were impeccable. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly, patiently took my order, and were genuinely helpful without making anything feel rushed or inconvenient. Great staff. Toilet code 1985.
30 minutes waiting for a mobile order of a cup of coffee! Anyone walked in the store while I waited placed order and received order while I sat and waited. I asked the barista where is my order. They claimed they didn’t receive the order yet from the POS. Then 20 more minutes went and they called someone from the rear to assist. They couldn’t refund my order. I think I just had the fastest latte of my life time! I was ordeing as I was walking twards this starbucks (like less than a minute away) and my order was ready before I even got in, it was impressive!
