The overall bright and clean feel made me feel good. What surprised me was that the "Your are here" collection from other regions was also included.
Bathroom code is 65432, requiring purchase *before* use of bathroom when I need to go quite badly makes me want to pee on the floor and not buy anything. Some people have medical conditions. It is an exceptionally bad policy. Otherwise this is a fine starbucks location.
Great location with plenty of seating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to the Wiehle metro station
On 2/12 I bought two bags of coffee with my Starbucks app. When I got to the store, they did not have the coffee. They issued a supposed credit. When I looked at the receipt, I realized this was not for my credit card and the amount did not match. I went back and asked the manager to remedy the situation. She could not be bothered and wanted to get rid of me. She told me to call 1-800-STARBUC. Which I did. They could not help and I wasted 35 minutes in the phone.
