Barista didn't fill the drink. I immediately could tell because the weight was way too light. I proceeded to tell the barista. She said it was full. I took off the lid and demonstrated the fact I could tip the drink over to a 45deg angle without any liquid coming out. Easily an inch and a half below the top, the rest just filled with wiped cream. Still she insists it is full. Won't be back here

Very disappointed with my order. I spent $15 on this order, and the quality was terrible. I bought a spring feta wrap from Starbucks, and it looked poorly prepared and tasted nothing like I expected. I also ordered a pistachio cake, but it was served cold and they didn’t even warm it up. The coffee was cold as well. Everything felt poorly handled and not worth the price. I expected much better quality and service from Starbucks.

𝗙𝗜𝗫 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗧 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘. Are you truly a Starbucks if you do ❌🛜 𝗡𝗢𝗧 have WiFi? WiFi is needed for the App to work which then takes from my account and puts it into Starbucks bank account. You are a business, right? BIG BUNS should not be an option, stop stealing their WiFi. it's been more than a month and on multiple occasions it has not been working: it's not just today. 💸 into your 🏦 can't happen if your 🛜 is ❌.

I’m not sure about some of the other reviews complaining about the service and staff at this Starbucks, because that wasn’t my experience at all. I stopped in around 6:45 a.m. while traveling, and Margaret and Alexa on the opening shift were impeccable. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly, patiently took my order, and were genuinely helpful without making anything feel rushed or inconvenient.
