Great staff, fast and clean
I was pretty shocked by how I was treated in the drive-thru. I didn’t even say anything, but the employee (I think maybe a manager) suddenly yelled at me because my order wasn’t ready. I get that the job can be stressful, but it really felt like that stress was taken out on me, and it honestly threw me off. I just want to say — please try to be kinder ...
Horrible horrible experience!! I asked for a drink that comes out a little cheaper and they refused to make it because it was a more inexpensive way to make a drink. Bailee claimed to be a manager with horrible customer service! Will never ever refer or go back to this Starbucks!!
