I wanted to recognize Morgan for the incredible way she treated a customer today. I happened to be listening while she helped someone understand what they were ordering, and she was an absolute superstar. She took her time, was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, answered questions, and then followed up afterward to make sure the customer actually liked what they ordered. One of the better Starbucks as the staff is super friendly and they get the drinks right every single time. Consistency is key.
This review is specifically for the young woman working there named Danasia. I walked in and a man who seemed liked the manager said Door Dash is over there, and pointed to the counter without even asking if I was there for that. Danasia walked from the back and said “Good morning” with a very polite smile and immediately changed the environment to one that was very welcoming. Attitude is everything when you are servicing customers and hers made my experience!
I walked into this Starbucks today and stood in line for ten minutes. I greeted the staff at least five times. No reply. No hello, no eye contact, nothing. This is shockingly disrespectful and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this isn’t even the first time at this location. I do not recommend this Starbucks to anyone.
