I always order through the app, so my name is always spelled on the sticker. Every time I pick up my order I hear name Audrey, but my name is Andrey. How difficult is that. Never had this problem anywhere but starbucks. Not sure what they’re trying to change my name lol
We just left this location and it took a good 20 mins to get our order. There were two cars in front of us who just had one drink each and there’s one person in the shop itself, while 4-5 baristas are working. We finally get our coffee only to see it was made wrong with whip when we asked for none, the guy didn’t apologize but asked if mind if he just scrapes it off or if we want him to remake it. The reason that I have them 2 starts is that they are soooo good that they are killing me sugar is poison and I am willingly poisoning myself and liking it
It's a corporate coffee shop but it tries not to be. The drive-through is convenient.
