Not sure what’s going on at this location anymore but unfortunately this is the worst starbucks I’ve visited in the Vancouver area. This is my third visit the past two weeks as it is my closest starbucks location. They have managed to give me a different drink than what was ordered each time. Along with trying to convince me I will like what they made? Or simply refusing to remake a new one. Very frustrating, and very unlike most starbucks.
Drive thru works fast , in store to slow.......20 min waiting for the coffee cup.....
Sharing this on behalf of my husband who just got into the car and said, “well, that was lovely. I just had the best customer service ever. They were all so nice 🥺” he specifically mentioned Jude but said the whole team was nice. So, thanks everyone :)
It's a Starbucks! And hey, it's a nice one - staff is friendly and accommodating, there's usually seats available, and it tends to be chill in vibes. The one thing is that parking can be a bit obnoxious on rare occasions due to the amount of small businesses in close quarters.
