This Starbucks always has great customer service, and are very helpful if you are on the fence with a drink choice.
Went in to get a cup of ice water for my kids and was told I need to purchase something... ive never been told that before. Such a shame for how long I've been a customer and former partner. Would be nice if they focused more on the customer service aspect. Very poor experience
They don’t take time to read the sticker and call you by your real name, disrespectful.
I always order through the app, so my name is always spelled on the sticker. Every time I pick up my order I hear name Audrey, but my name is Andrey. How difficult is that. Never had this problem anywhere but starbucks. Not sure what they’re trying to change my name lol
We just left this location and it took a good 20 mins to get our order. There were two cars in front of us who just had one drink each and there’s one person in the shop itself, while 4-5 baristas are working. We finally get our coffee only to see it was made wrong with whip when we asked for none, the guy didn’t apologize but asked if mind if he just scrapes it off or if we want him to remake it. We asked for it to be remade as we want what we paid for, he scoots out of view and comes back within seconds with the same cup, ... read more
