I had to throw away the sandwiches because it was like chewing on rubber, no flavor just salt. And the drinks? Straight up Awful. They were just steamed milk and sugar, no hint of the flavors I requested. To make matters worse, the manager blamed it on DoorDash instead of taking accountability and saying the workers will improve when I shared my compliants. I have been to Starbucks in other states and had always received great service, so to experience such incompetence like this is very disappointing.
