We visited this Starbucks location on a Sunday and had a very disappointing experience. The store was unable to maintain adequate staffing, which resulted in the café being completely closed, leaving only the drive-thru in operation. Customers with mobile orders were instructed to wait in the lengthy drive-thru line simply to retrieve their purchases, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead for convenience. I was traveling out of state and decided to stop at this Starbucks for something familiar, since I go to Starbucks every day back home. Unfortunately, nothing about this location resembled the quality or experience I’m used to. The service was incredibly slow, and my coffee tasted extremely watered down. When I placed a second order, I waited 20 minutes only to be told that they didn’t even have what I ordered. Thrilled to see the cream and sugar back out. The last time was pre-COVID! Great idea to pump up the volume on the music to drown out the rude customers in their phones and doing video calls.
