usually they make everything pretty good except it seems like none of them actually read the online order tickets when they come through, i’m constantly missing things i have to pay extra to add onto my drink and always have to bring it back because i get what i pay for

i ordered a venti latte around 11:45 today and they gave me a grande and then when i asked her to fix it she put the same drink into a venti cup and added ice but did not fix the drink. sucks when i paid for a venti.
