I was very pleased with the customer service given by the employees and the supervisor at this particular location. It's always been a pleasure to visit any starbucks. Very professional staff , very knowledgeable of the products that they serve.
The girls are always super friendly and get my order just right.
UPDATE: This location has improved tremendously! No longer receiving cups 2/3 full. My order is ALWAYS accurate and i am loving the employees and atmosphere! Thank you! Original: Stopped going to this location because I was consistently receiving a $7.60 drink only 2/3 full. Started going to a another one a couple miles down the road for a while and now the same issue there. I have been ordering the same drink for near 15 years and never had this problem until this year. The staff isn’t friendly, customer service is poor and the manager on duty Terry/Terrence I’m not sure of her name because the staff MIA was rude. Wednesday the 18th about 10:30 am
