Love this place! The ladies that work here are so personable. They really go out of their way to remember you and your preferred drink. I rather wait in line here, than go to any of the other Starbucks.
This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to (and I've been to hundreds all over the US). Employees with attitude, personal agendas and just downright rude. Stayed nearby for 2 days in sept- they screwed up the order the first day, not discovered until I got the 8 drinks home and when told about it the next day would not even acknowledge that they had screwed up. The order on Day 2 was ALSO wrong and once again, not found out until I got them home. Personnel were not only incompetent but insulting.
