I came in a few days ago to get an iced espresso and was completely shocked at how I was treated by the worker. My drink was not filled all the way, and when I asked the employee, all she did was give me an awful look and attitude. She said that I didn’t ask for extra ice in the drink… how hard is it to just add some extra ice? Make it look at least a bit more presentable? I was having a rather rough day when I came in to pick up my mobile order and I was greeted by Rosa who also made me laugh so hard I forgot what my problems were for a sec I’m super grateful and I’m definitely going to be coming back to this location. :)
