This location is very nice and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the coffee is always consistent.
I’m usually very understanding when places are busy, but my experience at Starbucks today was frustrating. I ordered a grande iced cold brew and waited over 25 minutes while multiple drive-thru orders continued being made and handed out. What really disappointed me was seeing another customer walk in after me, order a drink, and receive it within about 5 minutes while I was still waiting. At that point, I decided to request a refund. This was one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful experiences I have had at a Starbucks. This happened on May 3rd at around 4:38 PM. From the moment we walked in, the employee showed a rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming attitude. I had a frustrating experience at this Starbucks. The barista, Rosa, had a noticeable attitude when I was asking simple questions about different drinks. Instead of being helpful, she seemed impatient and made me feel uncomfortable, like I was asking something stupid. On top of that, the wait time was way longer than it should have been. I came in a couple nights ago before they closed and Rosa and Rita both made me feel welcomed and Rosa offered me a glass mug for my coffee as well, those girls are amazing and I definitely will be coming back thank you Starbucks!
