I was standing there for 20 minutes, there were about 6 workers around, and not a single one took my order at any point
Absolutely loved Lexi she was so sweet to me on window and I could tell the girl next to her wanted her to be fast which she was it just didn’t feel like she was rushing me out like baristas at other locations would thank you Lexi for being so kind!
The girls working there are very rude. Most of the time I go there there’s someone taking my order and always rushes me to tell her what I want I can’t even say anything before she’s interrupting and being rude. The girl named Alyssa is very rude and careless for the orders . She gave me my coffee with drizzle all over outside of my cup and when I asked her to clean the cup for me politely she had an attitude c processed to talk shit to her co-worker.
I had the best experience with the staff at this location today. What could’ve been a really embarrassing situation was handled with complete grace. I went through the drive-thru this morning to pick up 5 venti coffees I ordered online. When the barista at the window handed me the drink holder with 4 drinks in it, 2 of them immediately fell out and onto the ground. I was mortified.
