I don't understand why this place is run by so many teenagers. Many are rude and judgy, which makes it an unwelcoming experience. The drinks are often times made wrong or poorly and with this price increase that is unacceptable.
I asked for a refresher with light ice, half of the cup was filled with ice. and one time I ordered a iced lemon loaf, but they ended up giving me a brownie because they were out of iced lemon loaves and the brownie is cheaper than the iced lemon loaf so I ended up paying for the price of an ice lemon loaf for brownie.
