Yesterday, my friend and I encountered a woman in her 40s who approached us and started yelling about something we didn’t even do. The baristas were incredibly kind and stepped in to help, speaking with her and making sure we were okay. The manager also got involved and quickly handled the situation, bringing everything back to normal. I highly recommend this Starbucks—the staff is always so nice and helpful to customers. If you get a matcha latte, ask for it to be shaken well. every time i go there there’s always matcha powder unmixed in my drink and it’s very gross
