This Starbucks location is a ‘hit or miss’ with customer service and correct food/beverage orders. Although I live close and frequented this location, I stopped going here almost a year ago because I doubt the owner has made positive changes by terminating employees who have no business working there. Albeit mornings were normally filled with very friendly and efficient staff (no drama); Night shifts were a different story. I was blown away by the customer service I received at this location as soon as I walked through those two doors pictured above - it stopped me right in my tracks. My drink was brought to me promptly with a smile, and I was even offered a cold water. Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations... I will be coming back.
Great service and super fast to prepare it
I ordered a coffee , but it was super bitter. I was not even able to drink it . I complained but the only thing they offered me was to add more sugar. It was So bad that I had to throw it away. Furthermore I lost the money I paid for.
