This Starbucks should retrain their staff on how to take orders over the drive thru very rude and disrespectful staff I ordered my drink the way I have multiple times and she seems to not know what I was talking about then my daughter was giving her all the details step by step on how to order and she proceeded to laugh I left because there is many Starbucks where you can order from and this one is not the only one. People need to be more professional and respectful
