Extremely disappointing experience with Yessenia, the store manager at this location. I came in as a customer and was treated with an attitude that was completely inappropriate for someone in a management position. From the beginning, her demeanor felt dismissive and unwelcoming, including giving me uncomfortable looks while I was trying to communicate with her. The baristas and the supervisors are amazing and the drinks wore great the only issue was the manager was terrible,so rude.
This Starbucks should retrain their staff on how to take orders over the drive thru very rude and disrespectful staff I ordered my drink the way I have multiple times and she seems to not know what I was talking about then my daughter was giving her all the details step by step on how to order and she proceeded to laugh I left because there is many Starbucks where you can order from and this one is not the only one. People need to be more professional and respectful
