The slowest drive-thru service. I’ve waited over 15 minutes at the window for one coffee with no line. Beware of using the ordering feature as my order has been wrong 5/6 times. Updating my review in 2025. Staff and management must have changed because this location has been amazing lately. One of my favorites. Orders are always done quickly and correctly. Staff is so kind and attentive.
Got to your starbucks at 5:03 am in the drive-thru came out at 5:23 am. I personally don't think Starbucks should be extracting their waste water on business hours. While waiting for my order I had to wait 15 minutes behind the waste water truck. When I got my order I was at the point of almost vomiting. Staff forgot about me for about 5 extra minutes only reason they remembered was because another car had gotten in the drive-thru.
