It’s taken me years to write a review for this location because it’s the one I used to go to most, but over the years their customer service as well as their product has dwindled. They get my order wrong 80% of the time. I understand they’re busy but it’s extremely frustrating when I’m not only stuck waiting for my coffee, but then get something I didn’t order? My cold brew didn't taste great. BUT everything else was good. I went through the drive through and wasn't able to go back in to ask if they could remake it.
They always get shit wrong idk if they don’t read the labels or just fail to say they’re out of something but it’s aggravating. They don’t seem to care either. This location SUCKS.
