This is the worst location I’ve been to. They don’t listen to what you want and they rush through the line instead of making your drink correctly. When you obviously look upset about the drink then they just tell you goodbye and have a good day. They do not care about making the drink right. It’s better to go to the other location in Thornton if you can.
What is it with Starbucks filling their cups TO THE BRIM with hot coffee?! Got a coffee through the drive through at this store this morning and, suspecting the cup was over filled, stopped in the parking lot to dump a little coffee out. Couldn’t even take the lid off without it slopping all over me and my car. I took the cup inside to show the barista and as soon as I took the lid off coffee spilled on the counter - and I was being careful. Yes, I was angry but I was not rude. I go to this Starbucks quite often and the customer service is so awful, I’m always like, well I’ll give them another chance… but after today I won’t be going to this one anymore. The lady at the window didn’t even engage, she just handed the coffee out. I told her to have a good day and she didn’t even acknowledge me. I’ve never experienced that at a Starbucks before.
