Great customer service
About 35 minutes ago, we ordered two drinks, one being an iced chestnut praline. We ordered at the drive-thru and said "iced." We pulled up, paid, and were handed a hot drink. My fiancé started to pull away because he didn't want to be a pain, but I insisted he say something because it was his drink, and him getting the wrong drink or one made incorrectly happens far too often.
