Half of the time I try to visit this location the cafe is closed because the toilet pipes have burst. I’m shocked nothing has been done to repair this, it is a huge health concern. Whoever is managing this store is making some incompetent decisions. Used to love the atmosphere, the staff was always so friendly and remembered me. I feel so awful for them seeing the drive thru line wind all the way around the parking lot.

Every time I come to this location my drink is made incorrectly. Every single time. It's really impressive, because it's just a pink drink with light ice. It's not difficult to make a drink 50% base and 50% coconut milk. As a partner, it's really embarrassing to see a store so comfortable with poor drink quality. Follow the standard or don't bother. And yes, I've asked them to remake them, several times. When I do, they just dump more acai base into it and don't measure it. Do better.
I had my wallet stolen on Monday so I’ve been having to use a virtual card when I made my order and came to the window. He informed me that they can’t do that which is perfectly fine so I pulled out cash which happens to be $100 bill because that’s all I have since I had to withdraw everything for my bank account. He then tells me he doesn’t have enough change which is perfectly understandable as well as I say I’m sorry I don’t have anything else and I’m about to drive off.
