Mobile order takes forever every time..20 minute wait is crazy! They never help each other and even when you have 15 people waiting for drinks only 1 person is making them. They are all so nice but they can't handle the work load.

had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a large Iced Doppio Espresso with customizations, but what I received was clearly a small cup (as shown in the photo). The drink wasn’t even filled to the top — it was maybe halfway full. When I brought it up to the staff, they told me the order “didn’t specify” the size, even though I know I ordered a large. Stopped by around 3:40 today and the barista on shift absolutely made my day. Such a lovely personality — and she left a heartwarming note on my drink. Really sweet vibe. Big thanks to her!
