I came to the drive thru and was having a rough day. I made my order and noticed when I got to the window that I forgot something. The girl at the window was Amaya. She went above and beyond to get my drink actually how I wanted it instead of how I originally ordered it. I was so glad she could make my bad morning so much better. I would come back here again! Thank you Amaya I hope you enjoyed the tip I left!
Sarah was very rude. Rude attitude when ordering and completely ignored us the whole time while at the window. No hello, no response to what we were saying, bad tone of voice, rolling eyes, and unresponsive to us saying “thank you” multiple times. Seemed very entitled and impolite. Time to learn customer service.

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this starbucks location unless you plan to be yelled at by an older woman with blonde hair at the drive thru window! I placed a mobile order and was behind 6 cars when they said they can’t help me which has never happened before. When I get to the window she comes over and says I told you your order isn’t ready and I asked if I can refund it she said she’s not going to argue with me and walked away then proceeded to say there isn’t a refund I can cancel through the app which is not true it has ... read more
