Michelle took my order and absolutely made my day with her kindness.
This is the only Starbucks I've ever frequented that has managed to consistently make terrible or downright wrong coffees every single time I go there. It's the closest location to my work so I've given it plenty of shots, and without fail, every time, I get a badly prepared coffee (not to mention the time a year ago when they poured coffee down the side of my car then the teenage employee tried to hand me the rest of the half-empty latte so they wouldn't have to remake it. I love coming to this location. Whether im there studying or if I just run in. The staff are always great. Haylee is always super positive and friendly.
