This Starbucks is your typical Starbucks. Good size inside for small groups. Comfortable seating. Nice staff. Clean. Not liking their new policy of waiting on a virtual line for my mobile order to be finished. This is dumb, if I arrive at the time the app suggests, my order should be ready
The staff is friendly but they have a really hard time getting orders out when they are busy. Yes, they are busy, but 12 minutes in line BEFORE I even get to place my order is a bit ridiculous. This is on more than a few occasions. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but it doesn’t get any better. Extremely frustrating because I know they are busier during the school year so I leave my house 25 minutes earlier (it’s only a 4 minute drive) and I’m still late to work which is only a 2 min drive from there!
