Super long wait times and employees seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. I was in the cafe for about 30 minutes and never saw a single person smile. Also had to navigate my way through a maze of boxes just to get to the bathroom.
My friend and I are regular customers at this location, but our recent visit left us deeply disappointed and feeling completely unwelcome. While I was at the counter actively selecting a water bottle to purchase, my friend asked the employee for a glass of tap water. The employee flatly refused to give him a glass of water, claiming we had to purchase something first—even though I was literally in the middle of picking out an item to buy!
