We had the pleasure of meeting Emma this evening for our drink order. She is just lovely & so customer oriented & the Queen of making the best black tea lemonade I have ever had!! Kudos Emma! Keep up the good work!!
The guy with curly hair doesn't read instructions! He makes the drinks in base form only. I went in person to order a vanilla bean frappe with extra caramel and he misread it as vanilla so the drink was overpowering with all the extra vanilla!!! So they remade it and he was doing the same thing so I told him put the caramel inside the drink and he again put multiple vanilla pumps!!!
