By far my favorite Starbucks friendly staff cozy environment
Horrible customer service. They have a lot of staff but managed poorly. Update Feb 7th, 2025. Staff management seems to be deteriorating. Staff acts rude to customers.
Ordered door dash delivery this morning, through the starbucks app via the Robbinsville, NJ location, and never received the choc croissant I ordered. Only received 2 coffees/ a partial order, yet was charged for all 3 items and gave a huge tip. No quality control.
Very bad service. They let you stand there and keep doing their own cleaning etc. Only serve if you call them over
