Clean location with efficient staff! I ordered a lavender foam matcha latte with honey syrup today and it was absolutely perfect! What a wonderful way to start my morning!! 😍
Terrible
This store is going downhill. It's really not clean, baristas, with a couple exceptions, are miserable and it takes way too long to get your order even when done via mobile. I know that managers turn over often, and I only recognize 2 or 3 employees. This has been my regular store since it opened. No more, back to Hamilton. Their attitudes are improving lately. When a customer walks in, and is the ONLY person there, and says GOOD MORNING Starbucks friends, the 2 baristas should SAY HI. Train your people.
Took long to clean spillage Tables were dirty. V highly limited seating space.
