Marissa has a contagious smile! I don’t really write reviews but all I can say is that she has amazing vibes and knows how to make the perfect drinks.
So here I am 2 years later and give this location yet another chance and guess what I shouldn’t be surprised, but they failed. So, Starbucks has fairly recently gotten what I will describe as huge Keurig machines in their locations. The nice thing about these machines is I can now get a dark roast, coffee anytime of the day; absolutely amazing. My Japanese and African American daughter transferred to location from a Bay Area Starbucks and was told to only clean. She had experience but was told her job was only to clean. Should could not support staff orders and was told to stand in line with other customers if she wanted to make herself a drink. This locations is extremely raciest!!!!!! Coming from the Bay Area and a well diverse family we had never experienced this type of treatment.
Everytime I come they don’t get the order right
Even if you place a mobile order for pickup, they make you wait as if you were ordering there. I arrived and they didn't give me my food until they attended to all the orders from the drive thru and from a person who came to the counter. There's no point in ordering in advance if they make you wait anyway. Besides, the girls have a bad attitude, only the guy is very kind.
