Im usually a drive through girl, so I usually only deal with the window person very minimally..but the last couple days I've decided to go inside. Its definitely changed my view of this location and wether il be returning. They dont greet you whatsoever or even really acknowledge you when you walk in. When someone does finally come to the counter to help its in obvious annoyance, like im the inconvenience. Then to ask for a tip after every purchase. No thanks. Starbucks in Riverbank. They are so fast and timely with all orders. They really should be looked at as a training model for any Starbucks.
Stopped in for a quick drink before work and quickly ordered in the app. Walked in and was going to sit down and wait till the young lady asked if I’m here for a mobile order. Gave her my name and she had my drink in her hand lol Waited for my slice of pumpkin bread and she also had it ready and called my name . Still made it to work on time with a delicious…”delish” ..drink in my hand along with the the loaf. Thank you!
I’m not the type to usually write Reviews. But just last night I headed to Starbucks for a drink. I had ordered a iced Matcha with strawberry cold foam. I work at Starbucks myself and this is not how an iced Matcha with strawberry Foam should look like the foam looked almost brown .. The flavor was extremely sour. I’m not sure if maybe something was expired, but the drink was extremely sour and tasted so bitter.
