Absurd wait times. The baristas here seem to be extraordinarily confused. I placed a mobile order for one drink ( a grande cold brew mind you) and it took nearly ten minutes while it sat out ready to go but behind the counter and out of reach.
I like Starbucks, the new one in Wilmington MA is on the wrong side of the road. If you go inside the people that work there act like you bother them. It doesn't matter the time it day or what day, the staff is rude and need retaining or a different job.. although good help is almost impossible to find!
Ordered for pickup. Carmel machiato and breakfast sandwich. Food was ready when promised and as expected.
