Just came through drive thru and they were great. Fast and accurate. Added: Ordered ahead, was ready on time and accurate. SUPER busy but still quick service. Not the usual friendliness this time, must have been the pressure.
Very slow service
drinks good service awful. girl on headset drive thru around noon on 12/28 SCREAMED at my friend and I for arriving early when our app said they would be ready at 12:22, it was 12:26. Very rude claims we were messing up her being timed yet we werent early.
You can always tell when a company chooses profits over the recipe.
The drink quality is consistently bad. The store needs better training for the baristas and less time having to write messages on every single cup
