Every staff member is always kind and helpful. The location is quite busy but they handle it efficiently. The few problems I’ve ever had with an order was resolved quickly and without any hassle.
Kind of dumpy inside. Cafe was average at best. I asked for free refill of coffee that starbucks site expressly writes is available for any drink bought, was told in a condescending manner that they dont do that. They do its on their site. Paid a lil less than $5 for cortado and was asked to tip on screen of $5. Yea right! Knew I would hate the place. Tim hortons has crap Latte but at least their nice and clean.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any coffee shops/restaurant. First of all, I need to say they were not busy when I got there. There was a gentleman and his wife ahead of me, and no one behind me. I had a very simple order. All I wanted was a small cup of hot tea black, and a small cinnamon square. The girl at the register was pleasant and repeated my order to me. I waited 11 minutes and they finally called my name. My order was wrong. They had iced tea instead of hot tea.
