Horrific customer service, they took my order which was about 5 pieces and gave me 4 of them. When I asked about the remaining piece they told me I didn't order it. I showed them the receipt and the billing from my card and then after that they told me that this item is not available, they didn't return my money nor gave me the product. Worst Starbucks point ever.
Winter was extremely rude when she lectured me about Starbucks policy and refused to top off my refresher. I get it, policy change etc. But this was after a 20 min wait in the drive thru after being told I should come inside and get the drink (which I ordered on the app and picked drive thu.)
