Just know you’ll be there for over 20 mins waiting for a premade drink.. their service is slow had to cancel my walk in order twice already.. better order on app and pick up
Horrible customer service. Three people “working” and took 5 minutes before someone took our order. Not even hi can I help. Do you need to order. Everyone looks unhappy.
They messed up my drinks multiple times being here..(it’s a refresher so it has 3 ingredients, not some complicated coffee with 16 different things added) I tried ordering it differently so it doesn’t get messed up for once…and they mess it up again. I usually never say anything and drink it anyways because I feel horrible to ask for a remake…but I unfortunately decided this one time to say something…and then whoever was at the counter, I believe a manager…was extremely rude to me when I was not rude in anyway about the mess... read more
