they always make my drinks perfectly and everyone there is so incredibly sweet and patient. additionally, they gave me free oatmeal today, and i love oatmeal, so i was very happy. every time im there i feel welcomed even during the morning rush.

I came in today for my usual caramel macchiato with four honey blends later in the day, and I felt so welcomed and included. I was greeted by a gentleman at the handoff who called me “boss,” and that made me feel empowered. I was having a tough day because my dog had passed away the day before. Not the least bit busy, but so damn slow… Ordered my iced coffee and sandwich ahead of time and it still took 14 minutes from time of order until it was ready. One thing if they were running around busy, but they were just standing around…
