I appreciate how consistently kind & patient all the staff is all of the time. I’ve never had one bad experience and my coffee is made the way I request everytime!
Although this comment does not apply to everyone in this location, I would have to say that there is certainly a lack of customer service. Today I picked up the usual pink drink, and it was complete water. When I told the lady in the window, she said when you don’t put ice, it looks that way, which is not true. So I returned inside the store to have them fix it. The lady who took the order it seemed like she was a manager ? but she had a very bad attitude!
