i place a mobile order at least 15 minutes before i arrive here, and when i arrive half the time it still isn’t ready. whenever it is ready my drink is wrong. at times, they even lose my mobile order and claim they thought they already made it. one time i asked for my mobile order to be remade and it took them 10-15 mins to remake it. another time i came in and the woman was on FaceTime behind the bar having a personal conversation.
Barista Shamire helped me pick a drink during rush hour and was super helpful but efficient, I don't drink coffee so he suggested the orange cream matcha with boba in it, super delicious!
Every ones was nice and polite. Drive thru could be cleaner

Most workers are super nice but they never have supplies or their system is down, it's quite ridiculous
