My brother went to buy a coffee and then after he bought it. We chilled outside then I came back in again to use the bathroom and they told me I had to buy something to get the code to the bathroom. My brother did buy something and when the lady said that I couldn't use the bathroom then she laughed. Would not recommend this starbucks just because how the people treat you here. Customer Service means everything to your customers!!!
I have a bottle and I buy coffee from everywhere. I came here and asked if I could buy coffee. They said, "Okay." I politely asked if they could wash the inside of my bottle. They said, "No, we can pour it out but we can't wash it." (The inside of bottles is washed everywhere.) So I didn't buy any coffee.
