Nice, comfy Starbucks. Not too busy except in the morning. Nice people working here and the service and experience has only gotten better over the past couple of years since I've started coming here
Spoke too soon. Last time I visited this location I got a concoction that was undrinkable. Decided since it was 2 years to go, let's try again, went through drive through, everything went great, hence previous 4 star review. Went inside today to avoid the long drive thru line, ordered a large (venti) vanilla frappuccino, got a grande vanilla bean that took 20 minutes to make. Disappointing – A Starbucks with No Coffee! Today, I went to Starbucks expecting a normal experience, but what I encountered was pure frustration. The store at 491 E 3rd Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169 is supposed to close at 8:30 PM. I arrived at 7:40 PM, and as soon as I parked, I saw a staff member cleaning. When she saw me walking toward the door, I noticed she made a gesture of annoyance, as if she was frustrated by my arrival, and then walked into a hallway where I could no longer see her.
