I don’t know what has happened to Starbucks over the last few years, but the employees do not seem to know what they are doing. Ordered a Frappuccino and he gave it to me with a flat lid no whipped cream This is the third drink that I’ve had made wrong this week I called and they refused to give their name or the managers name. They never offered to remake the drink. It’s obvious someone didn’t know what they were doing. And that’s the managers fault. This isn’t a one time thing, it’s a regular occurrence.
Staff friendly store clean and they have coloring pages and crayons!
Raquel , and Maddie are beyond exceptional! Always representing Starbucks with a smile that is like sunshine on the beach. They take time to know you and go above and beyond! Aaron is truly an amazing barista, we are always so happy to hear his voice. He takes customer service to a whole new level.
