I am so done with this Starbucks! Every-time I put in an online order it is a MINIMUM of 15 minutes behind schedule and there have been 3-4 times where I had to leave the coffee and wasn’t my money just because they are incapable of being on time. They put some older woman on espresso who would rather talk to every single customer than make their orders. I am extremely upset with this location as they continue to disappoint. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location, and unfortunately, the customer service has really gone downhill. There seem to be several new employees, and many of them are not welcoming or courteous at all. During my most recent visit, I had to wait a very long time for my drink. I brought my personal cup, and when the barista, Ava, assisted me, her attitude was extremely rude and dismissive.
