Bizarre behavior barista today. It seems she’s wanting to stir up drama with her drinks. We always order “light ice” and have never had an issue… this barista made it seem like it was the most ridiculous of requests. I asked if she could just remove some ice, but she wanted to instead waste resources & have us wait longer to have her remake them. She clearly was trying to get me worked up & I wasn’t going to let her play me like that. I just took the drinks as is & dumped her copious amount of “light ice” in the parking lot.... read more
