Placed a mobile order which shown as completed on the app but the employee had not even started the order. Waited over twenty minutes to receive a cup of coffee.
I went to there at 5.48 to order glass of water then she told me to get the water you must to buy drink so she forced me to buy a drink. So I bought dragon drink, first the drink is 2 shots of coconut milk the the rest is ice plus around 5 prices of the dragon fruit second the drink test is so bad is just ice water with tiny flavor of coconut milk. If it allow me to post pictures of my drink i have two pictures
Don't have an attitude with the customer when they're waiting for their drink. And for sure don't talk about the customer while they're standing there waiting! Sunday August 17th 5:10pm. Train your people to have customer service skills. When we walked in, the barista was busy. She saw us but didn't acknowledge us and we waited a couple minutes before anyone greeted us. I stopped by Starbucks today to grab my coffee through the drive-thru, and I have to give a huge shoutout to George Habib. He gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Super friendly, attentive, and made my visit a great start to the day. Thanks, George!
Been out of oat milk for 5 days .. not sure who does the ordering but there’s literally a Kroger next door smh.
