I got the nastiest looks from an employee in the drive thru a few moments ago. I do often have issues with my butter croissant. It’s typically ice cold in the middle.. there have been times when I’ve asked for it to be done all the way through when ordering to avoid having to have it remade, but then it’s too crispy on the outside and is almost burnt. Service was slow and inattentive, and several menu items weren’t available. The lack of variety and poor customer experience made this visit disappointing.
The service was great , but I am very disappointed in the pumpkin cream cheese muffin. I remember last year. I could get one and me and my daughter share it, but this is a mini version of it, and it's not any cheaper. I mean, come on, it's flower, how expensive could it have gone up? Already for 1 person to go. To Starbucks, you're going to spend $12 for a drink and snacks which is a lot.And then to see this come on , starbucks do better you sure do charge us enough
