Got home with my caramel Frappuccino that had no caramel in it and the top would not go on.
Stopped in during a super busy rush, and the staff was still incredibly kind, friendly, and efficient. Our drinks came out great my coffee was delicious, and my friend, who’s an avid Starbucks customer, said her matcha was the best she’s had from any Starbucks. Really appreciated the positive atmosphere despite how busy they were. Great experience!

If you're hoping for good service and hospitality, genuinely never come to this store. Staff will have fights in front of their customers and employee Bruna is extremely hostile, don't understand why and how she still works there. Ordered a coffee and it took 8 minutes to receive despite me being the only one in the store. Manager is just as unhelpful too
