I went this morning and got chai latte I took three sip and it was gone. It was so many ice in that shit. Very unacceptable it’s no reason why I should paying 5.99 for a drink. I could barely drink for less than three minutes never again do better
No time guess where to get a great coffee
I ordered (2) of the same drinks and this is what I received. I placed an order ahead and waited about 15 minutes. I understand a wait when it’s busy, but at least make the drinks the same. Extremely hit and miss at this location unfortunately.
Perfectly executed mobile order, drinks prepared as we would have expected. Good atmosphere, located in a nice plaza. Clean.
Employee working drive thru at 10:30 am on 12/08/2025 was rude incompetent and disrespectful in the 2 minute interaction.
